Outfit: Minnie Street

Hi friends! I know it’s been awfully quiet over here, but Australia just deserved all my attention and it felt so good to just unplug for a while. We’ve been traveling for two weeks by now and I don’t even know where to start! I’ve been to Australia twice already when I was younger and I remember I’ve loved it here back then already, but this time around I feel like it’s even more amazing. We’ve just spent a week in Cairns at the Great Barrier Reef, soaking up the sun, eating way too many popsicles and snokerling in a sea of colorful fish and corals – it’s been a dream! Another amazing find: The cute Levi’s vintage cut-offs. I’ve been looking for a pair like this everrrrywhere in Austria, and just couldn’t manage to find any that suit me well. Turns out it only took a flight to the other side of the world to make my Levi’s dreams come true. Another fun fact: the jeans don’t say style number or size, because they’re actually SO vintage that all of these infos have been washed out already. The only info that’s left is that the jeans are from the 90’s. So random, but I love it.

I’m currently sitting at the airport in Cairns while I’m writing this, waiting to board the flight to Sydney, the last destination of our trip. I’ve been very much looking forward to exploring Sydney since I’ve only been there for 3 days the last time I’ve been here. And we’re meeting up with some of our beloved long distance friends, who we get to see way too seldomly, so that’s going to be fantastic!
Once I’m back at home I’ll share lots of Australia posts with you, so you’ll know what NOT to miss out on when you’re a planning a trip to OZ. For now, I leave you with some photos Patrick took of me in my new favorite shorts.
PS: If you want to see more Australia impressions you can follow me along on Instagram and Facebook – I’d love to see you there!
