That’s a wrap!

How is it Friday already?! I don’t know why, but lately time seems to fly by extra quickly. Week after week is passing by and my mailbox is filling up with newsletters about trend pieces and must-haves for the next season. Which inevitably means summer is slowly but surely coming to an end. Sigh.

That being said, I’m currently taking any chance I get to leave the house with bare legs. I feel like there are still so many outfits on my mental outfit inspo board that I have not worn yet this summer, so I’m trying to squish in as many as possible before I’ll be packing away all that summer stuff. This wrap dress has been a go to favorite of mine since I got it a few weeks ago. It works for business meetings at the office, for a romantic date night, or to go for brunch on a Sunday (which is what I did, in this case).

If you don’t have a wrap dress yet, I highly recommend you to get your fingers on one as soon as you can. There are still some pretty numbers on sale right now, and the wrap dress will be the perfect companion during transition time, too. Add some stockings or tights and a leather jacket, and you’re ready for fall! Wrap dresses have the magic power of making you feel incredibly sexy for no reason. The way they are wrapped around the body is very flattering and – on a different note – they kind of make you feel as if you’re hugged. The feeling is similar to the one I imagine babies have when they are wrapped in those swaddles.

Anyway, it’s hard to explain so you’ll have to try it yourself to know what I mean. Do yourself a favor and get a wrap dress while you can still wear it with bare legs, boots and a denim jacket aka: My favorite combination at the moment.
