I’m so excited to tell you Coffee Talk Episode #2 is out now. It’s part two of the questions you have been asking me very frequently these past weeks – this time it’s all about my fitness routine and the principles of the diet I am following at the moment.
As you might have noticed, I am posting more food photos on my Instagram stories than I usually did. This has to do with the fact that I made a promise to myself this year, that I would take better care of myself and feed my body with the right nutrients. For a very long time (in fact, since I was a baby) I was diagnosed with lactose intolerance. So for all my life I never had any fresh milk and tried to stay away from diary products for most parts. To tell the truth, I have been very reluctant with my diet (and dietary requirements) the past few years and thought I could just ignore the fact that certain foods are not good for me. Turned out, I was proven completely wrong when my body started showing severe side effects from being opposed to ingredients that I just don’t tolerate.
In order to get a clear picture of what was going on with my body and to understand the impact of food on my well being, I had various appointments with experts to learn how I could personally improve my nutrition. Also, some of you have been sending me messages saying you noticed that it seems like I have lost weight and look fresher than I usually do… (this being said: thanks a lot for the compliments!). In fact, I have lost around 5 kg since last year and I’m revealing the secret behind it… Just to get this straight right away and to not disappoint you: It does not only have to do with the right nutrition…
